Thank you for presenting at the HVIS 2022. Reminder that all presentations must be released for Distribution A to be presented at HVIS. The Guidelines for presentations are below:
Each oral presentation will have a 20-minute time slot. This is inclusive of questions. Please aim for 15-17 minutes of presentation material.
Presentations will be accepted in powerpoint or pdf format. Please use 16:9 slide format (wide screen). Presentations will all be projected from a common computer, so please bring your presentation on a flash drive to the meeting or work with Angela Stickle to deliver a file ahead of time.
All poster presenters will be provided with an easel and board to mount their poster. Poster sizes should not exceed 30" x 40".
All exhibitors will be given 3-5 minutes to advertise and describe themselves to the attendees. If slides are to be used, please follow the same guidelines as "oral presentations".
